15-Day Money Back Refund Policy
All products and services purchased from this website are fully refundable within the 15 days of the date of purchase. The request for a refund must be submitted and received by World Immigration Center within 15 days from the day the order was received. World Immigration Center reserves the right to not issue a refund if the request is received after 15 days from the date of purchase. Refunds for credit card transactions are issued within 2 business days of request receipt. It may take up to 5 business days for the transaction to actually post back to your account. Refunds for payments not made by a credit card will be issued as a company check. The refund check will be made payable to the person on the order form and mailed to the address indicated on the order form. If you have any questions with regards to your order, please contact our customer service department. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with the reasons for the cancellation request. You should not contact your credit card company or bank to file a dispute, as this will only delay the refund process.

Delivery Policy
